A key strategic objective for OSF is junior development with a focus on -

• Review and develop procedures for the Oceania Junior Championships, including the revision of the rules & playing arrangements.
• Appoint hosting sponsors for future OSF Junior Championships.
• Develop effective junior coaching and development coaching programs and promote throughout the Region.
• Promote the Oceania Junior Championships to become the major junior event in the Oceania Region.
