Squash is a great fitness sport for life. Juniors can play casually for fun, or progress to playing at junior competitions and representing their country in the Oceania Junior Championships or in the Oceania Closed Championships. |

There are lots of benefits for juniors playing squash including increasing confidence, building life long friendships, improving their self-esteem and promoting fair play. The Oceania Squash Federation encourages its Members to conduct junior programs within their countries. A Junior Development Grant is available to Member Countries to assist them in sending junior representative players to the annual Oceania Junior Championships to gain experience and competition to achieve their goals.
Australia and New Zealand have advanced junior squash programs and are more than willing to assist our smaller Member Countries with programs and equipment.
